So the question is simple. What's Altcoinstalks policy on sold/hacked/scam accounts when it comes to rank teleportation?



From time to time, I would see some people would try to abuse certain things. For example the teleportation privilege. So recently, I noticed an account that was proven to be a sold one (if my memory serves me right), and requested for a rank teleportation. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Accounts/user with certain reputation would try to teleport, despite their bad rep in the other forum. I know i know BTT has nothing to do with Altcoinstalk, but I still wanna know...

2. And if the answer is yes, then why exactly?



Just some curious questions....

Feel free to share your thoughts, what would have you done if you had the power with this?

This might open a dangerous limitation. Basically,  red tagged members would mostly applied to this "banned from teleporting" rule.



Probably,  adding the above tags to such members would be a better idea.

Not only new users, but also existing high-ranking users do things that might not violate forum rules, but are not good for the Public or Guest to see. Even for Mythical users, which you can see.

For example, the Quote Pyramid. The forum rules don't specifically prohibit Quote Pyramids, but when viewed globally by the public or guests, it can be distracting, which is detrimental to the quality of forum posts.

This person created this account on the 22nd and prepared his posts on the 22nd and 27th.

A person can express his thoughts in a few words if the thoughts are relevant, but in the case of this user I notice that he leaves the forum very quickly after making a few posts (short posts).

Maybe he created this account just to rank up and be included as part of a campaign.

My opinion is that this user can be sent a warning so that he does not repeat the same mistake again.

As I said, his posts seemed a bit low quality, but after looking at his posts again I saw that while the posts were short, the content wasn't completely inappropriate, and quite a few of them seemed appropriate. I first noticed that he was posting almost every post in a short period of time, so I found it strange. So I was a bit skeptical about his posting pattern, because he posted 5 posts in 13 minutes, which seemed a bit strange to me.

@LuckyDigger, btw, leaving the forum very quickly after making a few short posts isn't an offense either. Every user has the freedom to do whatever they want (within the rules, of course).

Yes, I also mentioned that a short post does not mean a low quality post. If a person uses a few words and if it is relevant then it can be considered a valid post.

I saw his posts, the posts were relevant, I just wanted to say that if people like him took some more time on the forum and posted a little more in detail, they would definitely be helpful to others [I don't know if he has the time to do that]. But he comes for a very short time and leaves with his personal opinion in the post (his posts are like social media sites or reddit sites as you said).

এরকম কয়েকটি ব্যাংক এর খুবই খারাপ অবস্থা লক্ষ লক্ষ টাকা থাকা সত্ত্বেও কোন প্রকার টাকা উত্তোলন করতে পারছে না গ্রাহকরা। এগুলো চিন্তা করলে আসলে ব্যাংকে টাকা রাখা অনেক বেশি ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ। যদিও প্রতিটা ব্যাংকের একটি ইন্সুরেন্স থাকে কেন্দ্রীয় ব্যাংকের কাছে তবে সেই ইন্সুরেন্স গ্রাহকের সম্পূর্ণ টাকা দিতে সক্ষম নয় ক্ষতিপূরণ হিসেবে সামান্য কিছু টাকা পাবে গ্রাহক। তবে যদি কোন ব্যাংক দেউলিয়া হয় তাহলে এর জন্য দায়ী শুধুমাত্র সেই ব্যাংক নয় কেন্দ্রীয় ব্যাংকও কারণ প্রতি বছর এবংকি প্রতি মাসে কেন্দ্রীয় ব্যাংক প্রত্যেকটা ব্যাংকে অডিট করে এবং তারা অবশ্যই জানে যে কোন ব্যাংকের অবস্থা কেমন এবং সেই সময় সেই ব্যাংকের করনীয়কি সেটির গাইড করা তাদের দায়িত্ব কারন প্রত্যেকটা ব্যাংক কেন্দ্রীয় ব্যাংকের নিয়ন্ত্রণে থাকে। তবুও ব্যাংকগুলো ঋণ খেলাপি এবং বিভিন্ন কারণে যদি দেউলিয়া হয় অথবা গ্রাহকের টাকা দিতে সক্ষম না হয় তাহলে এর জন্য কেন্দ্রীয় ব্যাংক এবং সরকারকে জবাবদিহি করতে হবে। যদিও ব্যাংকের টাকা গুলো পুরোপুরি ভাবে  হারানোর সম্ভাবনা নেই কোন একদিন গ্রাহক ঠিকই টাকা পাবে কিন্তু ওই যে কোথায় আছে গ্রন্থগত বিদ্যা আর পরের  হস্তে ধন নহে বিদ্যা নহে ধন হলে প্রয়োজন। প্রয়োজনে যদি টাকা না পাওয়া যায় তাহলে সে টাকার মূল্য থাকে না। অনেক বছর পর আবারো বাংলাদেশে ব্যাংকের এমন পরিস্থিতি দেখা গেল এখান থেকে মানুষ আরো শিক্ষা নেবে। আর এগুলো দেখলে অবশ্যই বিটকয়েন ইনভেস্টমেন্ট করা অনেক বেশি সেফ কারণ এখানে সবকিছুই নিজের নিয়ন্ত্রণে থাকে এবং যখন প্রয়োজন ইনস্ট্যান্ট বিক্রি করা যায় আর এর সাথে ব্যাংকের থেকেও অনেক বেশি পরিমাণে মুনাফা পাওয়া যায় বিটকয়েন থেকে।

Do you see CF while logging in or navigating the forum? Currently, I don't. That's what made the problem disappear. It will come back again when CF is turned back on, as this problem is connected to CF.

I wanted to say that I’m not seeing the CF for days now, I don’t know that the forum as a problem. I was happy that no more stress in login in the forum again you can login even when you are not in the mood without no waiting for time.

There was a case recently involving bought/hacked account, can't remember which one, but Judges gave the Sus badge if not mistaken:

=> You suspicious, users who are suspicious

In answer to 1. Admin is still in responsible for teleporting (he hasn't loosened his grip to President quite yet) so that would be a decision for him. As for 2. Probably to give the user a "fresh start" even if it's a bought account and not hacked, but that doesn't mean Judges have to agree. If we don't like it, we would tag it. There was also a brief discussion about introducing a new membergroup/badge for hacked/bought accounts, but we didn't get much further than that, as the issue hasn't come up again since. Maybe if there were more cases in the forum court, then there would be a benefit to distinguish better.



As for scammers, then there is scammer tag:

=> Scammer, a user who scams people

So same applies. If I had to guess, if admin noticed the user is an obvious scammer, then maybe even teleport and add scammer badge?

You know, so they can still post if they like, just not scam people while they do it. Similar to btt in fairness.

দেখেন ভাই, উপরের ভিডিওটা একটু দেখেন তারপরে আমার এক বড় ভাই ২০ লক্ষ টাকা মধ্যম শ্রেণীর ব্যাংকে রেখেছিল বিশেষ করে বলেই ফেলি ঢাকা ব্যাংকে রেখেছিল কিন্তু ১৩ মাসের এফডি করে রেখেছিল পরে ম্যাচুরিটি হওয়ার পর থেকে দেখলাম ২০ লক্ষ টাকা তুলে আপাতত কোন ব্যাংকের রাখবে না বলে নিয়ে গেল। তো রাস্তায় আমার সাথে দেখা হয়েছিল এবং আমাকে বলল ব্যাংকে টাকা রাখা বর্তমানে কোনভাবেই নিরাপদ না বিশেষ করে আওয়ামী লীগ সময়ে যতটা মানুষ ব্যাংকে দেউলিয়া না হয়েছে এবার হয়তো বিএনপি সময়ে আরো বেশি দেউলিয়া হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা আছে। এবং তিনি এটাও বললেন যে সারা জীবনের জমানো বিদেশ খাটা ২০ লক্ষ টাকা যদি সে দেউলিয়া হয়ে যায় তাহলে সে পথে বসে যাবে এজন্য সে আপাতত বাড়িতে রেখে দেবে কিংবা ফিজিক্যাল কোন সম্পদ কিনে রাখবে। তো তারা যদি ব্যাংকে এভাবে অনাস্থা দেখায় তাহলে আমাদের মত জনসাধারণ কি করবে বলেন। আমি কাউকে ব্যাংকে টাকা রাখার পক্ষে পরামর্শ দেই না কেননা রাজনৈতিক ব্যাপার-স্যাপার। ব্যাংকে যারা চাকরি করে তারা মূলত পজেটিভ বিষয়গুলোই বলে তারা কখনো ব্যাংকের নেগেটিভ বিষয়গুলো বলবে না। নেগেটিভ বিষয়গুলো যদি জানতে চান তাহলে ভুক্তভোগী যারা আছে তাদের সাথে আলাপ করে দেখতে পারেন। মনে হয় না তারা আপনাকে ব্যাংকে টাকা রাখার পক্ষে কোন পরামর্শ দিবেন। তারপরেও আপনি আছেন নিজে যেটা বোঝেন সেটা করেন। আমরা হাজারটা বুদ্ধি দিলেও যদি আপনার কাজে না লাগে তাহলে কোন লাভ হবে না। আপনি যদি ব্যাংকে টাকা রাখেন তাহলে দেখবেন পাঁচ বছর পরে আপনার এই টাকাটা অর্ধেক ভ্যালুতে পরিণত হয়ে যাবে কিন্তু যদি আপনি জমি কিনবা স্বর্ণ কিনে রাখতেন তাহলে আপনার সম্পদ ডাবল হয়ে যেত। আমরা মূলত মাস শেষে ২ টাকার সুদ খাওয়ার জন্য ব্যাংকে টাকা রাখি এবং আমাদের টাকার মান যে দিন দিন কমে যাচ্ছে সেটা আমরা কখনো হিসেব করেই দেখি না।

Yes when the intention is warning about something, one of the various templates is always used (per mod requirement) as part of the notification.

A reminder to all Mods & Global Mods to use warning templates

If only increasing warning level in order to temp mod/ban, then not necessarily, as there is no need to send a duplicate warning (unless for example the user has committed two offences, then multiple templates are usually sent for the different purposes). The notification sends a pm + email to the user, from the forum, signed as (not from any specific mod). If we weren't sending notifications, then warnings would be completely pointless, hence the requirement 



As for receiving a strikes etc, the "Penalty notice" template should also always be used, with some exceptions. This mainly redirects to remove strikes topic and court appeal info. However, the plagiarism warning already includes "If you have received a plagiarism strike see here: https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=115432.0" at the end, so usually I don't both with that. Likewise AI references the tag, as does LQP for penalties, etc. So it's mainly only for behavioural strikes that pen notice is needed.

I somehow doubt that the new user pays attention to any tags on his profile page.

Enough of them don't care, at least until they realise the effects.

ক্রিপ্টোতে যদি আপনার সঞ্চয়গুলো দীর্ঘদিন ফেলে রাখেন, বিশেষ করে বিটকয়েনে যদি আপনি 10 বছর সঞ্চয় করেন, তাহলে বিটকয়েনের মূল্য বাড়বে এবং আপনার সম্পদও সুরক্ষিত থাকবে। এজন্য আপনাকে প্রত্যেক মাসে বিটকয়েন কিনতে হবে এবং নির্দিষ্ট একটি ওয়ালেটে প্রত্যেক মাসে বা সপ্তাহে জমা করতে হবে, যেভাবে আপনি ব্যাংকে বা এনজিওতে প্রত্যেক সপ্তাহে বা মাসে টাকা জমা দেন। পার্থক্যটা শুধু বিটকয়েন এর নিয়ন্ত্রণ শুধু আপনার কাছেই থাকবে। যা কখনো দেউলিয়া বা হারিয়ে যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা নেই।



মোটকথা-

ব্যাংকে বা এনজিওতে সঞ্চয় করলে সেই সম্পদের নিয়ন্ত্রণ ব্যাংক বা এনজিও এর কাছেই থাকবে। কিন্তু আপনি যদি ক্রিপ্টো ইনভেস্টমেন্ট করেন তাহলে এর নিয়ন্ত্রণ শুধু আপনার কাছেই থাকবে।



আমার মতে ব্যাংক বা এনজিও তে সঞ্চয় করার চেয়ে ক্রিপ্টো ইনভেস্টমেন্ট উত্তম। কারণ সম্পদের নিয়ন্ত্রণ শুধু আপনার হাতেই থাকবে এবং আপনি বিপদে আপদে কাজে লাগাতে পারবেন। আপনার কি মনে হয়?

আমিও তাই মনে হয় ব্যাংকে টাকা রাখবা না। ব্যাংকে অনেক ধরনের সমস্যা ফেস করতে হয় যদি টাকাটা আমার খুব প্রয়োজন আমার বাড়ির মানুষ অথবা আমি যদি গুরুতরে অসুস্থ হয় তাহলে ব্যাংক থেকে টাকা তুলতে অনেক দেরি হবে কিন্তু আমার হাতে এতটা  সময় নাই তখন আমি ব্যাংক থেকে টাকা তুলব কিভাবে তাই আমি মনে করি যদি বিটকয়েন থাকতো তাহলে আমি সাথে সাথে বেঁচে জে ধরনের সমস্যা হোক না কেন আমি সমাধান করতে পারবো আর ব্যাংক থেকে এত সহজে টাকা তোলা যায় না আমার কাছে মনে হয় ক্রিপ্টোতে  সব ধরনের সবিতা রয়েছে যেমন আপনি অল্প কিছু টাকাও তুলতে পারবেন।  আর ব্যাংকে আপনি অল্প কিছু টাকা তুলতে পারবেন না তাই আমি বলব অবশ্যই ক্রিপ্টো কারেন্সি ভালো।

Although I am not that active in my local but I try to monitor the activities there from time to time. DYING_S0UL has kept the board quite clean. Don't worry friend DYING_S0UL I have seen that you pay enough attention to your responsibilities. One or two such incidents may go unnoticed.

Anyway, I was wondering, since we don't have a wayback archive for this forum, are you keeping/saving the signed info of each member in a separate place (database) of yours?

That's right. Although I haven't updated the list in a while (it's just a text file, but maybe I'll save it somewhere later), I've been saving the signed messages almost since the beginning of this initiative, just in case some catastrophe occurs. I hope that never happens, but just in case, it's always good to have a file where that kind of information can be found for the benefit of users and the forum.



When I publish the list somewhere I'll share the link so everyone can see it.

ভাই শিক্ষার মান উন্নয়ন করেন আমার কোনো সমম্যা নাই উল্টো সম্মান জানাই, কিন্তু পরিক্ষা ব্যবস্থাকে কঠিন করা, এমন সেট করা কারো সাথে কারো মিলবে না, সিসিটিভি লাগানো, প্রয়োজনে সেনা মোতায়েন করা (প্রহসন করে বললাম), তাহার কথাবার্তা শুনলে এসব আইডিয়া মাথায় ধরে। এগুলো করে শিক্ষার মান উন্নয়ন হয় কেমনে বুঝি। এতে শুধু পাশের হার কমবে, আর কিছুই নাই, আর পোলাপইন ঐ পুরাতন না বুঝে গাধার মতো মুখস্থ বিদ্যানির্ভরই রয়ে যাবে। আমার মতে ক্যারিকুলাম স্টাকচারে পরিবর্তন আনা উচিত। মুখস্থ বিদ্যা, বই গাইড কোচিং নির্ভরতা যেনো কমে, প্রাকটিকাল বিদ্যা যেনো বাড়ে এদিকে বেশি ফোকাস করা জরুরী।   কিন্তু বর্তমান সিস্টেমে এটা পসিবল না। ফ্রাঙ্কলিই বলি, অ যোগ আ দিলে কি হয়, কোনটা তৎসম শব্দ এই বালছাল মুখস্থ কইরা কি লাভ হয় আমি বুঝিনা। আমি শিক্ষামন্ত্রী হলে এই বালছাল আগে বুঝাই দিতাম। মিনিমাম যতটুকু জানা উচিত ততটুকু রাখতাম জাস্ট।

প্রধানমন্ত্রী তারেক রহমান যশোরে জনসভায় মেয়েদের অনার্স পর্যন্ত লেখাপড়া ফ্রি করে দেওয়ার যে ঘোষণা দিয়েছে তা অবশ্যই প্রশংসার দাবিদার। আরো উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে, তাছাড়া ভর্তির সময় প্রথমও পঞ্চম শ্রেণি স্কুলেরছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের  ব্যাগ, জুতা ফ্রি দেওয়ার ঘোষণা  দিয়েছে। মাননীয় শিক্ষা মন্ত্রী এসানুল হক মিলন বলেছেন পূর্বের অভিজ্ঞতা কাজে লাগিয়ে বর্তমান দেশের বাস্তবতার আলোকে শিক্ষক ও অভিভাবকদের সাথে বিভিন্ন সময় মত  বিনিময় ও পরামর্শ করে যুগোপযোগী শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা ঢেলে  সাজানো হবে। ইতিমধ্যে শিক্ষা খাতে দুর্নীতি শিক্ষক এবং কর্মকর্তাদের দুর্নীতির প্রমাণ পেলে কঠোর হাতে তা দমন করা হবেবলে হুঁশিয়ারী  দিয়েছেন মন্ত্রী।  এই ঘটনার পর সারাদেশে শিক্ষকদের মাঝে দৃশ্যমান  বেশ কিছু পরিবর্তন দেখতে পাচ্ছি। তাছাড়া অভিভাবকদের মাঝেও কিছুটা হতাশার পরিবর্তে,   আশার আলো লক্ষ্য করা যায়।

অতো কিছু তো জানি না কিন্তু আগের মতো আর ঐরকম লেভেলের জ্বালাতন করে না কারেন্ট। নরমাল দিনগুলোতে যায় কিন্তু আগের মতো না, আর বৃষ্টির সময় শহর সাইডে গেলেও আবার তাড়াতাড়িই চলে আসে। গ্রাম সাইডে একটু আলাদা, কারণ ঐদিকে গাছপালা থাকে, তাই ইজিলিই লাইনে ঝামেলা হয়। গ্রাম + বৃষ্টি = মানেই খাম্বার উপ্রে গাছ। এটা চিরন্তন সত্য। আমাদের এখানে প্রতিবার এমন হালকা বাতাস দিবে আর গাছ পড়বে। আর গাছের পজিসনও মাশাল্লা। এজন্য আমি বাড়ি যাইনি, শহরেই আছি, বাড়ি নাকি সারাদিন কারেন্ট ছিলোনা, তার ৯টায় আসছে। আগে পরিস্থিতি সুবিধার হোক তারপর যাবো। তবে খারাপ আবহাওয়ার এই ফাক্টরটা বাদ দিলে বলতে পারি কারেন্ট ভালো চলতেছে আগের তুলনায়।

গত তিনদিন ধরে আগের তুলনায় কারেন্ট ভালোই সাপ্লাই দিচ্ছে। আমাদের কলোনিতে কারেন্ট যায় নাই বললেই চলে। বৃষ্টির সময় যদি একটু চলে যায় আবার ফিরে আসে। বিদ্যুৎ ছাড়া একটি দেশ চলতে পারেনা, এটা নিয়ে সরকার মনে হয় মাথা ঘামাচ্ছে। গ্রামে গাছপালা বেশি, ঝড় তুফান হলে বা বৃষ্টি হলে সেখানে লাইনের সমস্যা হওয়াটা স্বাভাবিক। তাই গ্রামের একটু বিদ্যুৎ কম থাকবে এটাই স্বাভাবিক। তবে যারা শহরমুখী এবং শহরে থাকে অথবা পৌরসভার ভিতরে থাকে, তাদের বিদ্যুতের ঘাটতি কম দেখা দিবে।
